V. Installation and Debugging
1. Before installation, read the instruction manual carefully and thoroughly check whether all components are intact. Refer to the illustration for the correct installation orientation of the main unit and the motor bracket.
2. Install the entire machine smoothly, ensuring that the tilt does not exceed 10 degrees, and securely fasten the foot支架.
3. Secure the power unit to the frame and adjust the appropriate distance between the power pulley and the machine’s pulley.
4. Connect the appropriate water inlet pipe, and connect the appropriate power cord and switch.
5. Before using the machine, check whether all shafts are evenly aligned, tighten all bolts, and ensure that the materials are clean.
6. When starting the machine, if excessive noise and vibration occur, immediately stop the machine for inspection. Only resume operation once the machine is running smoothly and normally.
7. If the water seal at the second inlet bend leaks during operation, you can remove the pipe and block the opening to prevent water from entering. As long as the main water inflow remains substantial, this will not affect the filtration performance.
Attention: After each work session, do not immediately shut down the machine. Instead, continue supplying water for 2 to 5 minutes while simultaneously blocking the outlet of the powder pipe. Only stop the machine once the residue inside the filter screen has been thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise, the filter screen’s filtration performance will be affected.
