Uses and features of the Grinding Machine:
1. The Grinding Machine can grind rice, wheat, corn, and beans, Rice milling machine It integrates grinding, crushing, and feed-processing functions into one unit, featuring a remarkably simple, compact, and lightweight design. It’s easy and flexible to use, offering multiple capabilities in a single machine, making it ideal for small-scale grain and feed processing operations in rural areas.
2. The Grinding Machine series comes standard with an 80-mesh screen; optional screens include 40-mesh, 60-mesh, 80-mesh, and 100-mesh. The machine body is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, making direct contact with flour safer and healthier.
3. The Grinding Machine product series features bran separation, adjustable coarseness and fineness, and can grind flour fresh on demand in a single step, achieving efficient crushing, simple operation, durability, and resistance to overtorque or flour sticking.

Working principle

The mating surfaces at the lower ends of the inner and outer grinding heads of the Grinding Machine are conical. The upper part of the grinding head is supported by two radial ball bearings, which serve as the two primary support points. The cylindrical sections at the lower ends of the inner and outer grinding heads act as auxiliary support points for rotation, and the axial movement of the inner grinding head allows adjustment of the clearance between the inner and outer grinding heads. By utilizing the relative motion between the movable tooth disc and the fixed tooth disc, the mixed grains are ground through a combination of impacts from the teeth, friction, and collisions among the particles themselves. The ground grain falls directly from the gap between the grinding heads onto the sieve frame, and then onto the sieve bottom. A brush with adjustable clearance separates the flour from the bran (seed coat) on the sieve bottom.
