Pellet Machine Applications and Features:
1. This series of machines offers a variety of models suitable for a wide range of fish, shrimp, pigeons, quail, chickens, ducks, geese, rabbits, pigs, sheep, deer, horses, cattle, and other livestock.
2. Grains can be directly added to the pellet machine, either crushed or un-crushed (customized according to user needs). Straw, peanut vines, red beans, and grasses must be crushed to less than 1 cm in length before pelleting.
3. This series of pellets produces uniform composition, neat shape, moderate hardness, and a smooth surface. The factory default pellet press is a Ø4 mm die. Custom die presses with Ø3, Ø6, or Ø8 mm holes are available for custom pellet sizes.
4. This series of pellets generates significant heat during operation. The material is squeezed into the die press by the press wheel, killing common pathogenic bacteria and parasites, effectively preventing the occurrence of certain diseases. The pellets produced have a low moisture content, are easy to store, and retain their original shape for a long time in water, significantly improving feed utilization.
