The straw chopping, rubbing, and pulverizing integrated machine is a newly developed machine that chops, rubs, and pulverizes in one go. It can pulverize corn stalks, rice straw, wheat straw, sweet potato stalks, peanut vines, reeds, sorghum stalks, and other crop straws into a fine powder. The size of the finished material is controlled by the size of the screen holes inside, and the screen can be replaced for adjustment. It is easy to operate, efficient, and practical, making it a good choice for rural livestock farmers and farms.
Working principle: The motor is used as the supporting power. The power is transmitted to the main shaft, and the gear at the other end of the main shaft transmits the speed-regulated power to the grass-pressing roller through the gearbox and V-belt. When the processed straw and grass are automatically conveyed, they are pressed by the upper and lower grass-pressing rollers and sent into the chopping mechanism. After being chopped by the high-speed rotating blades, they are thrown into the rubbing and pulverizing chamber, and finally the material is thrown out of the machine.
【Application range】This product is widely used for chopping green (dry) corn stalks, rice straw, wheat straw, cotton stalks, and other crop straws and various grasses. The processed materials are suitable for raising cattle, sheep, deer, horses, etc., and can also be used for biomass power generation, papermaking, and ethanol extraction.
